This is a specially formulated green epoxy primer that is designed for the touch-up of cut rebar to protect and extend its life cycle. It is durable, stops flash rusting, and can be top coated. Meets ASTM A775, D3963, and D3963M-01 performance requirements regarding the repair of defects in organic coatings for rebar. In order to pass ASTM B117 (Salt fog) and ASTM G20 (chloride permeability), you must achieve a recommended film thickness of 5 mils (dry film).
