CUSTOMER QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

  1. Question

    Heath Miller

can this be used as a “clear coat” gloss over top of urethaned wood bar top?

    • Answer

      Seymour Paint

I would not recommend. It tends to have a slightly cloudy appearance while also being very flexible. Our 98-11 clear in the Spruce line is probably our best option. That said, most folks use a 2-component brush on urethane (we don’t sell this).

  2. Question

    Steve Tennant-TNT Industrial Supply

We have a customer asking for a Clear Enamel to spray on already painted surfaces to help protect the finish. Any suggestions? Thanks!
