Yes, you can apply 620-1432 over PRIMED fiberglass. I’d recommend our Spruce primers.

Yes, I would scuff the brass with a scouring pad or 400 grit sandpaper to help the paint adhere properly. A primer over the scuffed brass would also help.

It will not adhere to rubber as it’s too flexible. As for plastic, it will adhere to only the hard types….and ideally the plastic is sanded and primed first.
