A durable, zinc enhanced coating that protects all metal surfaces. Electrochemical galvanic action keeps on protecting even if scratched. Dry film is 86-Percent pigment which results in less smoke and electrode wear when welding, and cuts faster than 100-Percent zinc rich coatings. Stops rust creepage. Specifically formulated to meet the performance needs of body shop personnel. Large spray head gives a professional looking application. Heat resistant up to 250˚F. Comes in a can, sprays like a gun.

      It has a small amount of the additive which cuts down on the arc when welding thru, but the better option (one with way more zinc) is our 16-845 spray galv.

    Is 20-1675 weld thru primer self etching? The description on your website says it is, the label on the can makes no reference to it being self etching is it self etching or not?

      It has a small amount of the additive which cuts down on the arc when welding thru, but the better option (one with way more zinc) is our 16-845 spray galv.
