Seymour Duramix™ Fast Set 90 is a black 90-second semi-flexible urethane adhesive designed for quick repairs on metal, SMC, FRP, fiberglass, and most automotive plastic surfaces.

It’s perfect for targeted jobs where you need a little more working time without giving up speed, handling strength, or dependable bonding. Use it for bumper tab repairs, quick interior panel repairs, clip retainers, small brackets, and other common collision repair applications.

With a 90-second working time and 5- to 10-minute handling time, it sands easily and is paintable in just 30 minutes. Duramix™ Fast Set 90 helps you knock out small repairs efficiently while giving you more placement time than Fast Set 40.

Duramix™ Fast Set 90 gives you the perfect balance of speed and workability for small repairs that require a little more setup time before the adhesive sets. That could be due to an awkward angle, a clip or bracket that needs to be held in place, or a tab that needs careful alignment.

Our 90-second urethane adhesive gives you enough time to:

*Polyethylene cannot be repaired with Duramix™ Fast Set 90, even when used with a plastic adhesion promoter.

Application Notes

• For professional use only.
• Dry fit parts before applying adhesive to confirm proper fit and alignment.
• The use of a plastic adhesion promoter is not recommended on fiberglass, SMC, FRP, steel, or aluminum.
• Allow to dry for approximately 30 minutes before sanding.
• Allow 24 hours for full cure.
• Follow applicable OEM repair procedures, manufacturer recommendations, and product instructions for surface preparation, application, curing, sanding, and refinishing.
• Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and product label for safe use and handling instructions.
