Duramix™ High Strength Panel Bond Adhesive is a two-component urethane/epoxy hybrid adhesive for non-structural panel bonding. It adheres to steel, aluminum, fiberglass, and SMC with a high-strength bond and provides excellent corrosion resistance.
This multi-purpose panel bond adhesive is not intended for structural repairs. It is for use by qualified professionals in accordance with applicable manufacturer and OEM recommendations.
High Strength Bond
Designed for non-structural panel attachment, our automotive panel bond adhesive provides a high-strength bond and corrosion-resistant seal simultaneously. Use on a variety of properly prepared metal and composite substrates, including steel, aluminum, and fiberglass.
Corrosion Protection
Our urethane/epoxy hybrid formula provides corrosion protection when applied as directed. Proper surface preparation and adherence to applicable OEM recommendations are essential for maintaining corrosion resistance.
Spacer Beads for Consistent Bond Line Thickness
Duramix™ High Strength Panel Bond Adhesive contains glass spacer beads for precise and uniform bond line thickness.
Substrates
Our automotive panel bond adhesive can be used for non-structural panel attachment to various metal and composite substrates, including:
- Steel
- Aluminum
- SMC
- FRP
- Fiberglass
Not for use on structural applications.
Timing & Cure
Duramix™ High Strength Panel Bond Adhesive provides a long (60–90 minute) working time, 6–8 hour de-clamp time, and reaches a full cure in approximately 24 hours, depending on temperature and humidity.
Welding Compatibility
This multi-purpose panel bond adhesive may be used with MIG welding or STRSW (squeeze-type resistance spot welding) while still within the stated working time. Always follow appropriate safety procedures as outlined in the Technical Data Sheet.

The threaded end of this cartridge is different than the photo and it leaks through the threads.
