Seymour Duramix™ Automotive NVH Dampening Material is a non-shrinking 2K material used between automotive body panels and support structures to reduce noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), as well as flutter.

It’s made for professional repairs on doors, hoods, roofs, and deck lids where the panel needs dampening support between the outer skin and inner structure. Common application areas include intrusion beams, braces, roof bows, and inner panel supports.

With a sag-resistant formula and up to 60 minutes of working time, Duramix™ NVH Dampening Material gives technicians time for proper placement before cure.

Reduces Noise, Vibration & Panel Flutter

When a body panel isn’t properly dampened, it can vibrate, flutter, or transfer noise through the vehicle. Duramix™ NVH Dampening Material is engineered for targeted automotive noise and vibration reduction. It helps control movement between outer panels and inner structures. And the sag-resistant, non-shrinking formula allows controlled placement while maintaining flexibility after cure.
