For maximum results, lay down a basecoat of our Hi-Tech White Primer, follow with 2 coats of Spray Glo, and lock it in with our Gloss Clear Acrylic. Then, watch that color shine like crazy!

The 16-1620 is NOT a glow-in-the-Dark product. It is just a Fluorescent Blue in an upright spray can. Looks really cool under a black light.
