Question
Andy –
I have a submersible wood stove (aluminum) for a hot tub. Is the product ok in water?
(0) (0)
Answer
Seymour Paint –
The High Temperature Series (Hot Spot) was designed for the application to steel substrates, not aluminum. Not sure what the adhesion would be like on aluminum. We have not tested this product submersed in water. In either case, we would NOT recommend the 16-2668 for this application.
